After having some credit issues, I wasn't sure that I could get financing for a different vehicle, even after having a high interest vehicle loan for 2 years. Paul took my information and helped me through the credit application and managed to get me good financing rates. He was absolutely amazing through the whole process. The dealership has a very welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff are pleasant and the whole process was absolutely awesome! I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know!! More

We explained our experience to Tim, one of the dealers, and he was so awesome!! He listened to us vent about this dealership and how appalled we were with them. After our vent fest, ? he heard what we were looking for and he found in within minutes of being there. Paul, the dealership manager was welcoming, made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Even sat and chatted with us for a while. Kris and Mike in financing worked super hard at getting us financing after the other dealership xxxxx my credit by pulling it so many times. Paul and the team are the people to see if you want a car or get info! We are pleased with all of the help we got there and love our new ride!! More

Car returned to me with damage Had my windshield replaced and picked up my car to find damage to the passenger a-post. Later found that my windshield wiper motor had been damaged an Had my windshield replaced and picked up my car to find damage to the passenger a-post. Later found that my windshield wiper motor had been damaged and would not move the wipers. Good thing I didn't have the pleasure of learning of that defect while driving on the highway. I underatand Kia contracts out their windshield repairs, but I entrusted my vehicle to Kia and they should have ensured that any damage to the vehicle was fixed with my permission, instead of allowing me to pick it up, find the damage myself and have to return a second time for repairs. If you have plenty of time to return to Kia for repairs to your vehicle that they are responsible for, you should be their customer. I was not apologized to for this inconvenience. No one from the service department seemed to think this was unacceptable. This must be a common occurrance for them to care so little about my satisfaction as a customer. Kayla is the only name I remember, unfortunately, and she was delightful for the short time I interacted with her. More
