Fantastic Experience! My husband and I had visited another Kia dealership in the hopes of purchasing a 2016 Kia Sorento, however, the experience was lacking. We were disappointed as we had been to that dealership in the past when we bought our first Kia. We decided to try North Edmonton Kia and it was like night and day compared to the other dealership. Marc and Paul were wonderful to deal with- we got the exact model we were looking for, fair trade-in value for our old Santa Fe, and a great price on our new Sorrento. We also got our starter installed before we picked it up so we didn't have to make additional trips to the dealership to get it done. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. We will most definitely be back when it's time to trade in my old Kia! Thanks to Marc, Paul and team! More

Awesome service and sale of New Serento I went into trade up for a Kia Soul onthe weekend. As they handled the finace , I got to test drive the fully loaded Kia soul for 4 days. As I couldn I went into trade up for a Kia Soul onthe weekend. As they handled the finace , I got to test drive the fully loaded Kia soul for 4 days. As I couldn‘t get in a kia Soul because of my situation. The upgraded me to a Beautiful Kia Serento fully loaded to a T.I was surprised to drive off with the show room Serento right off the lot so quikly. The staff did good care for me. The up size in the vehicle was great. It is my first CUV. It is so enjoyable to drive with all the features it coms with. Working 7 days a week my tired sore muscle really appreciate the heated seats on the way back home from work. It really helps me get a good sleep instead of getting cramps inthe middle of the night and getting broken sleep.when I get time to relax in the Serento, it nice to reciline the seated just looking out the panaramic sun roof. All in all I recommend anyone to buy any one of the Kia's because the quality of the cars really improve. They can now compete with Bmw,Land Rover, Cadillac......etc. For now the have high end quality vehicles that you can compare with and see all the good features and construction they put into it. People ask me about the Serento and I show off the CUV. Ishow them how solid it is ; how quiet it is inside ; the quality of the material used and most of allhow happy I enjoy having one. I would buy one again from them. So excited I even give people a ride in my Serento to show how good it is. They surely look impressed. The only pet peeve I have was I wish they show me all the feature on the Serento. I finding always new thing about it. It seems the features endless. Thank to the Staff at North Edmonton Kia. I love the Serento and the regency red color. Sorry if people comes and buys from you. I forgot to give them my name for thr $500 reference if the buy. My bad because I am so excited about my Serento I forgot to tell them to you , I sent them there. May we always keep in touch for it feels like one big family at North Edmonton Kia.
