Unlike some dealerships with blaring music and others with overly aggressive sales people who only came across as phony, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed and the staff at North Edmonton Kia were professional and worked to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs at a great price. We eventually settled on a demo Kia Sorento and love it. The entire experience was fantastic and everyone that we dealt with were top notch. This comes across as a bit of an ad as I write this but I can't stress how much it is true: before you buy anywhere else, see what the staff here can do for you. More

The girl who worked with me (Ruby) is amazing, she is honest, friendly, and she knows her stuff. she worked with me till I have total satisfaction out of deal, she even went out of her way to provide me with some information on the extended warranty I had on my old Sorento to make it even better. I wanted to thank her and congratulate the manager to find such an amazing saleswoman and convince her to work there. Ruby's name is not in here, but I wanted to make sure she will get the credit for this review. Olivia is a pro in her job as well. I also had the honor to meet Marc, this guy is amazing as well. I have my old KIA to this dealership for service once, they are good at service as well, they inform you very well and make sure you make an informed decision. on the other hand, it's little bit expensive to service your vehicle there. make sure you know the prices when you are taking your vehicle there for service. I want to Thank the sale staff again for giving me this young and good looking Sorento and asked them to take a good care of my old my daughter. I have missed her already. More
