Mom needed New Car I came to Edmonton from Montreal to assist my Mom in purchasing a new vehicle. I explained the situation that my Mom needed to purchase a vehicle in the next two or three days while I was in town for a short period to assist her. Ruby took charge and arranged a test drive the next day of two vehicles that we were looking at namely the Forte & Soul. We were also looking at two competing vehicles of another make and we were upfront with that information and quotations we received from the competitors. Kia North Edmonton matched and in fact beat the competitors bottom lines. The next day we shook hands and the third day we drove away with my Moms new 2016 Kia Soul. Super fabulous service, was rolling in one day! I bought my previous Kia at a one off place in inner Edmonton. I started having problems with it quite quickly and finally brought it in to North Edmo I bought my previous Kia at a one off place in inner Edmonton. I started having problems with it quite quickly and finally brought it in to North Edmonton Kia as everyone had differing opinions of what was wrong. I felt really bad for the service girls when she had to tell me there was almost $5000 worth of work to do to my car that was only worth $9000! I walked right over to sales and Bobby helped me get exactly what I wanted, for exactly the price I needed. While making the deal and test driving I also met Paul and Habib who listened to what I said about my needs and passed this on as well. I was surprised to find out they had told Olivia to suggest the Extended Warranty to me as I had just mentioned in passing I drove a lot as I worked out of town, I readily accepted this suggestion. She didn't push anything on me at all! While I waiting for the bank to approve me they gave me a gift certificate to Famosa to go and have dinner and when I got back I was ready to roll with their off the lot program. Three days with their plate while I got my registration and insurance all figured out! Bobby even emptied all the stuff from my old car and carried it to the new for me! Three days later I returned and Paul (in his suit) changed out the plate for me, and offered me some free car wash passes since I live on an acreage I was already sporting dirt! Everyone was super friendly, it was easy and quick, and now I drive a brand new Kia Soul for not much more than I was paying before! More

Paul was also great and gave me the background story about the car and previous owner. It made me more excited about the car I was purchasing! Janika and Olivia were wonderful in finance and made it fun and easy to get through the financing. Overall, everyone at Kia was very friendly and personable. I absolutely love the car I purchased and am excited to drive it everyday! More
