I sent him many messages from my cell and he always responded positively and right away. He spent a lot of time researching how Kia North could set up a purchase that met my requirements! The result is that I have a new Rondo which I am enjoying immensely! The rest of the team, Habib, Janika and Kobe were great to work with too. They made me feel valued as a customer! What I really appreciated was the lack of pressure felt , and the fact that I find myself smiling a lot when I think of the whole purchase experience.
