Very Professional and efficient Service I took my Kia Sorrento into this dealership for the first time for a routine oil change. When they reviewed my vehicle there were 2 service actions n I took my Kia Sorrento into this dealership for the first time for a routine oil change. When they reviewed my vehicle there were 2 service actions needed on the vehicle, under warranty. Everything was completed in a timely manner. My service advisor, Danika, was excellent and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning for any future work or oil changes that my Sorrento requires. More
Pretty Good Dealership, Not super professional Bought a 2017 Sedona. They couldn't get the colour I wanted so I settled on one they had in stock. Picked up the van on a Tuesday. The first set of Bought a 2017 Sedona. They couldn't get the colour I wanted so I settled on one they had in stock. Picked up the van on a Tuesday. The first set of all weather mats i was given were for a different trim package and were just thrown in the back. I let my sale guy know I'd be in Friday to get the new ones. When I returned to get the right ones 3 days later they still had to go to a different dealership to get the ones I was promised. Then after a 30 minute wait I had to install them myself with 2 kids and my wife in the car because no one from parts or service was available (not hard to install but you figure when you buy a brand new vehicle it should be ready to go upon pickup). Afterwards I tried to email several people at the dealership to try to figure out some of the financing details. The only person to respond to any of my emails was Janika, who at the time was away from the office and couldn't get me any details. She forwarded the email to a co-worker, whom I emailed twice afterwards and did not receive a response. I then emailed a manager to try to get answers and still no response. Finally my issue was felt with, yet I still have not heard a word from the dealership. It seems like after you drive away with a new vehicle they feel as though they have no responsibility to ensure the customer is satisfied. Got a good deal on my Van and all in all I'm happy with the vehicle but since I do live 2 hrs out from Edmonton I found that more care could have been taken to ask sure my van was 100% ready to go when I picked it up. Also I would have appreciated a simple "I'll look into it" as a response to any of my emails. More

Maher and everyone at the dealership were kind, friendly and helpful, offering support and anything else I needed throughout the process. When I dealt with Khristian in finance, he was friendly and very helpful when explaining everything to me. I recently had my Ford Fiesta written off due to an accident and Khristian was very helpful about the process and providing me assistance in terms of dealing with insurance. More
Friendly dealership with excellent follow-up to purchase As I told Bobby Paul when I arrived at KIA North Edmonton to test drive a RIO EX I had seen online, I was looking not just for a new car, but a new lo As I told Bobby Paul when I arrived at KIA North Edmonton to test drive a RIO EX I had seen online, I was looking not just for a new car, but a new long-term relationship with the dealer. In a matter of a couple of hours I was able to test drive the car I wanted, go through several financing options to find the right one for me, and complete my purchase. In the process, I was introduced to many of the staff at KIA North and since my purchase have had good communications and follow-up on my purchase. As a result of their friendliness and follow-up, I feel confident that I've found a dealership I'll want to have take my new RIO in for service for years to come. For this thanks to Bobby, Habib, Khristian, and Danika. After a couple of weeks of driving my new KIA RIO EX in January, I'm particularly impressed with how quickly the interior warms up in cold weather. The heated seats are also notably quick to warm up. My brother has a Honda CRV and tells me that the heated seats in the RIO are much better at heating up. I also needed a car I could count on to start in cold temperatures and so far I have not needed to plug in the block heater in January temperatures. Being "old school" I was concerned that the RIO does not come with a spare tire as standard equipment, but rather a tire mobility kit. This was easily remedied with Bobby and Danika's assistance and I am driving my new RIO with just that much more confidence. Aside from that, the RIO has great features for a reasonable price and I am very happy with my purchase. More

If I needed a new car today I would 100 percent go straight down to North Edmonton Kia and talk to Maher. More
Great Price and Easiest Purchase Ever I am retired and had a tight budget to work with. Price shopped all over the internet for a Kia Rio in the Edmonton area. Seen exactly what I needed I am retired and had a tight budget to work with. Price shopped all over the internet for a Kia Rio in the Edmonton area. Seen exactly what I needed at North Edmonton Kia. The year, Km's, condition, warranty and options were what I wanted and the price was better than other dealers for the same. Although I felt the sale price was fair it was still more than my budget. I visited North Ed Kia to view the car (that I had only seen online) and met sales person Maher. I found Maher very friendly, professional, informative and wasn't trying to wrestle me down for a sale. I liked the car and didn't expect them to go down to my price on their sale special. I sincerely made my maximum price offer while also making it clear that I don't want to play games, that my offer is "alI" I can afford and that If they can't accept it that I understand. Salesman Maher brought over sales manager Michael and then they stepped away for a bit and came back and said it's a deal. In less than 1 hour I had negotiated, test drove and purchased the car. I purchased many cars over the years and 2 cars from local dealerships in past 3 years and must say that this is the first time I was comfortable dealing because there were no salesman/manager mind games or back and forth written offers to find the real price. I was clear on my price and they didn't try to work me over with sales talk or show me their phoney profit margins on their computers or try to sell me a car within my budget that I "don't" want. I then met with finance person Janika who explained extra warranty type options I could purchase without out being pressuring or trying to scare me into purchasing. Janika even looked into possibilities of warranty cashback on the Kia Rio of ours that was recently written off. We dealt with a great team here and even the the receptionist (don't know her name) was smiley and pleasant and not on her i- pad or doing her nails whenever we walked by. Thanks for the experience and the wife loves driving the car even more than her olde Kia Rio. More
