Chris Smallwood was amazing to deal with, right from the first introduction. He was funny, attentive, honest, and we never once felt like we were being "sold" to. Kevin and Chris Bowles also great, we really appreciated how welcomed we felt and how quickly they responded to questions. I have never laughed so much during the purchasing of a new vehicle...and I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me the most expensive vehicle, but one that was in my price range and met my needs. Thank you!!! More

The crew! I went in for my service only to find out my favourite service attendant was gone! Evan and Danika always went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Gong show all around I had received a text, email and finally a phone call about a sales event and was asked if I still enjoyed my 2017 Sedona. When I said that I still h I had received a text, email and finally a phone call about a sales event and was asked if I still enjoyed my 2017 Sedona. When I said that I still had to get a door fixed since it wasn't properly looked at the first time I brought it in, the sales associate booked me in for a servicing to look at my door, and booked me a loaner vehicle, apparently. After I drove the hour and a half into the city it turns out I did not have a servicing booked, and their was no loaner car for me. After waiting 30-45 minutes to find me a loaner vehicle I was finally given one. Once I left the lot I realized the car was on empty and I had to put gas into it. Even though eventually my van was looked at, this was the 4th consecutive time that my visit was a total gong show. Good thing there are other dealerships in the city to get warrantee work done, In Response to the dealerships questions: The Sales associate was Abdul Al-Alosi. This is the email I received on May 9: "Hi Denis, Abe from North Edmonton Kia and I wanted to personally invite you to our HUGE Sale going on this weekend, if you have any questions or concerns please call me at (***-****) have a lovely day. Excellent service and a fair price Not your typical car dealership, they treat you like a real person and not a walking bag of money for the taking.
