Today’s service was quick unlike previous appointments. Friendly Staff, but Not Fast We drove 1.5 hours to our 10:30 am appointment which was made several weeks earlier. It needed to Warranty Service and a replacement of brakes. We wer We drove 1.5 hours to our 10:30 am appointment which was made several weeks earlier. It needed to Warranty Service and a replacement of brakes. We were told that it would be very likely that the car would not be done that day, and we would be best to lease a car, go home and come back the next day. That was a bit discouraging. Although they gave us a 25% break on a lease vehicle, it did cost us another day in travelling, the lease as well as gas. Not sure how they were in a position to be overbooked, with their limited staff. We will likely continue to bring the car in for the oil changes etc, but will likely keep our larger jobs more local to where we live. Having said that, the overall experience was good. More

Brent Ogletree was exceptional to deal with. The process even during the pandemic was seamless and and easy. He took the time to methodically explain the paperwork and process and there was absolute zero sa even during the pandemic was seamless and and easy.
