Been Going here for over 10 years. Very satisfied and highly trusted shop. Have purchased many other brands both domestic and imports. Toyota wins on so many levels. We own a Tundra and a Rav4. We just picked up our brand new 2020 Corolla yesterday and we were blown away with the service! Right from the start dealing with Nick was an absolutely amazing experience, there was no pressure put on us and we were blown away with the service! Right from the start dealing with Nick was an absolutely amazing experience, there was no pressure put on us to purchase, he answered all our questions both during the initial meeting as well as during signing and offered continued support through text/email if we had any further questions. We met with Lori for the financing portion and she was so welcoming and made us feel at ease. She explained all our options and there was no pressure to buy any additional packages. We are so pleased with our purchase and the service we received from both Nick and Lori! Arrived early and went for coffee (lots of construction between Callander and North Bay). When I returned, the car was ready...ahead of my scheduled time!! Very pleased with that! Bought a truck Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning board Got tires and rims, Pointed out there is a tear in the stearing wheel. A new one has been ordered. I am disappointed with the step runnning boards they are too close to the floor of the truck, I would like them to be 3 or 4 inches lower. Also there are no mud flaps on the truck. I would have though they would be standard issue. So I am going to request lowering the running boards and installing mud flaps when stearing wheel is replaced. More
