Drove up 2hrs after work got there checked over car and not impressed at all. The back to new deal of 1200$ was just a wash job the headlight where not polished and the car still had water lines from not being dried good or power polish, and then as we stated on Fridays deal there was to be 2keys sales person said yes 2 keys I was handed 2 keys on Monday one work other was just a non work key fob then to up set me more he pull out the metal key out of fob and said there 2 keys not funny! But fine went in to finalize paper work we sit with finance person trying to sell us warranty and stuff and we said that the 1200$ back to new deal not impressed and that the 3m on hood was to be replace as the finance person on Friday said he would put that in as we never asked for any discount on main price. On Monday the other finance person did not know anything about it so am other bad mark. He was a new person at his job walked in and out of his office trying super hard as he was new but after things where not right to start with and the customer is a bit upset do not send him with a new trainnie. Then to top it all off I said I wanted 2keys he put the 2keys in front of him and said I see 2 keys ( I'm 49 years old I do not need some young kid to mock me ) so I said not very nice words. By this time I looked at wife had enough of this place and said go ask for our deposit I'm done with this place sales person came out maybe evening manager said give them 15 minutes they will have it all done as we where in there from 530 to 8 by now and I was up since 5 am do to work. So deal closed I started driving home wife calls me said she has flashing add air to tires ( my wife is the type she knows where fuel goes and washer fluid) so I turn around head back find a station add air. Get home called manager on Tuesday morning about car he offered to take back car but I was talk to wife as she wanted car it was not cars fault but poor workmanship. As it was to be check by mechanic but they made it right came down pick up car was and took it in power polished it did head lights and check tires so yes give them stars. Then we went to pick up car that Saturday sales person was there we seen car clean polished and 3m replaced so all good drove to a shop wife tire was low just a little bit but now that I'm right behind her not a biggie told her fine to drive home she gets on hiway engine light comes on. She pulls over I said all good all gauges fine no noise get it home we get home late she took it to one of our rentals out of town that she is painting well I get a call like midnight as her tires are flat have picture of that calls ama told her on phone she had enough air to find station at night she fills up tires ,2 and drives 1 hr home. So next morning I get up at 5am to go to work this is Monday spray tires see stems leaking and night before ran car code it was cat. Call about stems and code manager now does not want to deal with my wife as he states it is a used car. Sales person trying to help us we now said we do not want it they said to late now deal done. Well then we asked about trade in and they can not give us what we paid so ok wife likes car as it was what she wanted so I figured I would spend money right off the start to make her happy got 2 new stems installed at fountain tire so now tires do not leak cleaned out cat, was and now no engine light and no leaks they could of sprayed the tire looked for leaks not just say my wife ran over nails that pissed me off even more. So I sent hime the picture of the replaced stems price 166 and to clean car was like 60 all good but I would not even recommend Justin Trudeau to buy a car from this dealership ( as he his one of Albertas favorite person) More
