amazenly shocked :) I have always heard that Norlan is way better to deal with then Gp Auto Group. Last week I had an apt booked with GP Auto group to try and have an exh I have always heard that Norlan is way better to deal with then Gp Auto Group. Last week I had an apt booked with GP Auto group to try and have an exhaust issue fixed but last minute changed my mind and went with Norlan not only did they fix our problem but they fixed it under warranty which has been nothing but a nightmare to try and have GP Auto group do anything under warranty for us. I use to have to bring our truck in 5 times just to have 1 issue dealt with. Norlan called when the truck was actually completed and I couldn't have been happier with the service from everyone there I will be dealing with Norlan from here on out 100 times over THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU :) More

Sold me a lemon Every winter when it hits -30 the power steering hose blows off or cracks. Under warranty they've fixed it. Once warrantywas done they were going to charge me $500. This has happened 8 times and at least twice a winter. Tried to say it was a different hose a few times. Im not stupid, the same problem caused by the same circumstances means its not a different hose. Maybe because I'm a woman and shouldn't know better. I still have the car but will not drive it when it's really cold out. I have stopped dealing with them. More
