I got a lady by the name Reeva who was not pleasant to talk to at all. She would not help with any of my questions. I totally understand you can not confirm warranty over the phone but she could at least help out, and not just have the attitude you didn't but it here. More

Devin R was fantastic salesman I went in on Sat Sept 26 to check out the Dodge Journey I met Devin R who normally works in the used department but was called over to the main off I went in on Sat Sept 26 to check out the Dodge Journey I met Devin R who normally works in the used department but was called over to the main office due to a huge sale going on. He was very helpful in awarding my questions and getting prices. My sister and I left to go grab a bite to eat and while out I phoned Devin asking if he could grab a price on another model of a Journey. Little did I realize he was done for the day and had gone home. He jumped back in his vehicle and drove back to dealership just to get the price!! Anyways I ended up purchasing a brand new Dodge Journey RT and went on Monday to finalize the papers etc. They apparently called Devin who was on days off and he drove in just to make sure my vehicle was ready to go and all my questions were answered! He was absolutely fabulous! I work in the service industry and that guy went above and beyond his job. I recommend this company they seem to have genuin caring staff that are extremly polite and team oriented!! Hands down best service EVER!!! Great job you guys ???? More
