I bought my Nissan Murano from this dealership about 1 year ago. I put a lot of kms on my car so I have had about 5-6 services so far. I generally communicate with Brett. Nice and straight up guy. I live about a 45 minute ride away but I make the drive because I appreciate good customer service.

"Brought it in for a rattle and the 96,000 km check."

I had a rattle in the engine compartment and took it in to Nissan. They found it and repaired it. The 96,000 KM was also due and they took care of that for me and at the end of all that, they washed my Rouge. Every time I took it in to them they always washed me car. I had an ongoing issue with my collision avoidance system. Another dealer replaced the sensor but could not correct the problem. I went to NF Nissan and they made some adjustments to the sensor bracket, which still did not fix the issue. I brought the vehicle back a second time to Jon, and his tech found the problem. Repaired under warranty. No issues since. Love the 2018 Murano, and very happy with the service at NF Nissan.

Driving the QEW pulling a 5th wheel on a Friday night - decreased power, warning lights and an abrupt stop to our travels into the US that evening. Arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, no appointment, busy there and the and staff working extra time to fit us in. Christina, very professional, with periodic updates on the status of our vehicle. Clear explanations of our extended warranty paperwork, which they would send in to Nissan. We are not from the Niagara Region and the region should be proud of this business with customer service like this, helping travelers out and on their way again. Thank you so very much!
