Was in the market for a truck, and found that they had what I was looking for, with just a few emails with Steve, he made it possible to get the ball Was in the market for a truck, and found that they had what I was looking for, with just a few emails with Steve, he made it possible to get the ball rolling, and even offered to bring the truck to me if I was unable to get down to the dealership! That there is what I call going the extra to gain a customer, and that's exactly what they accomplished. When we arrived @ the dealership we where greeted by Jon, and said he knew we where coming, we checked out the truck and there was absolutely no sales pressure in deciding. We did end up purchasing the truck and they where able to have it ready for the following day. The weather was not in out favor for the evening pick up, cold and blowing snow, but Jon called as we where on our way, and when we arrived, he had the truck running so it was nice and warm for our drive home! Service advisors Bob Brett and Christina are always pleasant and helpful and the Service Manager Jason is always approachable if you want to discuss any concerns.
