I've been a customer of Newmarket Honda for many years, bought the last 3 vehicles from them. I've always gone to them for service, but not anymore. Over the last several years the service has gone downhill. It takes them forever to answer the phone, and when you get transferred to the service department, you can easily wait another 10 minutes just to speak to someone. They promise the car will be ready by a certain time, but it's not. You try to book an appointment for an oil change and you have to wait 3 weeks. Last time I went in I left with surface scratches on the rear door. They told me to take it to a body shop and they can buff it out. They didn't offer to do it themselves or even to pay for it.
This dealership has lost a customer in me, and most likely another customer in another family member who goes to Newmarket Honda. Shame on you Newmarket Honda.
