Our service was great. Carina noticed that we were in the waiting room and we still had another hour to wait. The sales representative, Cian, was a pleasure to deal with. He has went out of his way to ensure we had a positive experience. A pleasant man that understands relationships are built through bonding with with. He has went out of his way to ensure we had a positive experience. However, the finance manager, Nadine was the complete opposite. After confirming the purchase with Cian, we had our last interaction with the finance manager. I'm well aware that it is her job to upsell additional warranty to make their commission, however the way she handled the interaction was extremely unprofessional. She was extremely rude, hardly takes the time to explain anything, very judgemental when gathering information for a credit check. There were no pleasantries. Immediately tries to upsell the purchase assuming ignorance. Attitude was unbearable and ushers potential clients out her office to read fine prints. This is not how you conduct and maintain business relations. She was very rude even to her own colleagues, Cian. It is beyond me how a person with such poor behavior and unprofessional retain any customers. Again, the sales representative Cian was fantastic. On the other hand, the finance manager, Nadine was very unprofessional. If not for Cian, my business would have had been taken elsewhere. More
