GREAT SERVICE ON WARRANTY WORK While travelling just after warranty work at another dealer in Northern Ontario I had a major oil leak. The job turned into a major one and was a little longer than was expected BUT Jill told me to call often and check on the progress. New Experiences I have always been a "GM Man" but my recent experience with them left a lot to be desired! We had been looking for several weeks and was very disappointed with the service in Barrie. I had been to Kia Barrie 3 times, we actually made an appointment to test drive 2 vehicles and the rep didn't bother to show up. I have yet to receive a follow up call from these people. They clearly didn't want to sell me a car. Hyundai didn't seem to care either. We were there twice , still no follow up call. Barrie Chrysler, we were so close to buying and were not impressed with the sales person we decided to see if another Chrysler dealership could provide better service. That's when I called MacIver Dodge and thank goodness we did. Service means alot and these people know how to do it. I will drive to Newmarket for all my service needs and further purchases. I have received emails and follow up calls making sure we are happy with our new purchase.
