Made buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience I called the dealership before I went in with my wife and even from the phone call Ryan was friendly and welcoming. Once at the dealership Ryan was professional and courteous. My wife was pleased that he spoke with her to and not just me, especially since the vehicle was for her. I'm not much for haggling for the lowest dollar but was looking to get a new vehicle close to home for a fair price and I felt that I was given a fair price with some negotiating. What i enjoyed the most is that I hate going into dealerships and feeling pressured or feel like I'm just getting some slick sales pitch. Ryan did not pressure me to buy anything but was still available to answer any questions and eager to be helpful. This allowed my wife and myself feel relaxed and able to discuss our options and look around for what we wanted. It was busy the day we went in and they were short staffed but I always felt that our business was important to them and was treated accordingly. All the staff we spoke to and the manager were all very friendly and down to earth which made it easy to have a conversation and feel comfortable. It was apparent that Ryan was a young guy and new to the team but did a terrific job, and was just what my wife and I appreciate in a sales person. I think he has a successful career ahead of him in sales if he maintains the same approach. If you want a fair deal and not feel like you're being taken advantage of I would highly recommend you come here. Great job Ryan and the staff at Maciver Dodge! More
