Glad the salesman knew what he was doing. Thank goodness for Dale Dever. We wasted four hours a week ago Saturday making a deal on a used 2015 Journey that had everything we wanted except Nav. Thank goodness for Dale Dever. We wasted four hours a week ago Saturday making a deal on a used 2015 Journey that had everything we wanted except Nav. We were assured by the used car manager (Joe Ingoglia) that it was just a software install to provide it. We agreed to pay the difference to make the deal and were to pick it up the following Wednesday. After changing insurance and picking up a certified cheque we went to the dealership only to find out the Nav could not be installed in that radio. Mr. Dever did his best to help, but the used car manager refused to budge on changing the radio and said he would try to find another at the auction the following Tuesday. On the Saturday we went in to see Dale Dever and were able to make an acceptable deal on a new 2015 Journey with his help. Only to waste another three hours due to the new car manager not knowing how to use the new computer program or simple math to write up the deal. Finally with the help of the finance manager it was written, signed and we are very pleased with our new Journey R/T. If it had not been for Dale Dever we would have walked to another dealership. In short I give the dealership, the used car manager, the new car manager and the clean-up crew two stars. We would however give Mr. Dever five plus stars for his knowledge, helpfulness and honesty. He was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him and the 2015 Journey to all. More

Jeep Grand Cherokee body shop and service Stay away!!! Took my jeep in 3 times for the same problem they couldn't fix the first time engine light on. 3 days off work! Body shop one day off wo Stay away!!! Took my jeep in 3 times for the same problem they couldn't fix the first time engine light on. 3 days off work! Body shop one day off work to bring in the jeep to see the front flares . 2 weeks later they ordered the part. Made my appointment a week later brought the jeep in dropped it off another day off work. The body shop called me 1/2 an hour later of dropping off the vehicle saying they didn't have the part in!!! These people are a joke... Now they want me to rebook?? More

Dale was very helpful in finding out exactly what features we wanted, and located on in the preferred colour, despite the limited options available at the time. He kept the payments as low as possible and is just an all around pleasant fellow to deal with. We bought the 2014 journey from him last year as well, and would definitely continue to return to deal with him for any future vehicles as well. More
