Broke my wheel caps and blamed me (-$70 for a $55 job) Went once for an oil change, which went fine - though I had to return for grease on the inside of my seats. I was happy about the proximity and coffee available to the clients - you may be happy too... until they get defensive! The second trip (winter tire swap, $55(?) ) was far from enjoyable. --- They broke EVERY ONE of my 4 plastic tire covers on my Corolla! --- Not small cracks but huge chunks of missing plastic on covers that were about 4.5/5 before the change - with zero damage before as well. The technicians took a hammer to every one with no regard to my property, and the damage was impossible for a professional to miss. Yet they returned my keys with a smile on their face and I went on my way. The front desk lady (T___) was professional enough but got defensive quickly. Clearly it was my fault for having "old" rims that break because of the plastic's life span. (No, but I won't argue this - I have no receipts there). Eventually she did take pictures of the rims for Ken Pople, service manager, with assurance that he won't "do anything". This was my second return and third phone call. Regardless he was supposed to respond on three separate assurances - and never did. I understand "protect your own" but they made some very careless errors. I wasn't looking for a free oil change or anything - just a simple apology would have been ok. And some kindness at the desk. The senior man beside me in a suit driving a Lexus, treated extremely well though. Maybe he was a regular... Didn't follow up. My response is, now that I need a 2018 Camry for my family I will buy one from Stouffville (or RH) - give my few Grand to a more professional place. More

Service Dept and. Customer care I made an appointment two and a half days ago on line to get an oil change. Two days later still no email confirmation or phine call. I called them first thing Monday morning asked for service dept. Whom ever answred really sounded sooooo happy to be there (not) told me to hang on and passed me to customer care. I left a message with customer vare. That was 8:30 this morning....it is now 6:05 pm and still no call back. This is not the first time this happened. Very POOR customer service. I made a final decision that iI will not service my car there OR purchase my next car there either. More

Forgot to service vehicle 2 x Terrible service. Needed vehicle for only a few hours to do minor service & would call. No call & they forgot to service my Sienna van---lots of meani Terrible service. Needed vehicle for only a few hours to do minor service & would call. No call & they forgot to service my Sienna van---lots of meaningless apologies. Did the same thing to me a few months later. defroster noise for 2016 Rav4 I bought Rav4 two months ago at Aurora Toyota. It was middle of Sep. so couldn't have chance to use blower for cooling or heating. Now I have been tur I bought Rav4 two months ago at Aurora Toyota. It was middle of Sep. so couldn't have chance to use blower for cooling or heating. Now I have been turning it on everyday for heating, then weird noise is coming. So I went to Aurora Toyota two weeks ago. They checked the noise and said me they need to order new blower and will call me when it's ready. But they didn't call me even though 10 days have been passed. So I called them on last Friday. Then they checked inventory and said me it's ready .... What da ? Anyway they changed blower motor today but still same noise was coming so I checked it again with technician. And he found it's not blower issue but defroster. We confirmed the same noise at air condition-on as well. But the biggest problem is they say they can't fix it up. Is it Rev4 design issue? ( means Made Toyota wrong design for Rav4 ? ) Do I have to drive with this noise specially at summer time when air-condition is on ? The most important reason that I selected Toyota is I trusted the quality. My old car was Corolla and it had no any issue for 12 years. But now I am very disappointed ... ! More
