Great service from the start to the end. I had been looking for a used Honda Fit and did take out a new one for a test drive. Few days later I received a call from Michael Lumley that they I had been looking for a used Honda Fit and did take out a new one for a test drive. Few days later I received a call from Michael Lumley that they had a 2013 Mazda2 with 4100k on it that was in the process of being traded and was I interested even though it wasn't what I was looking for. I did go test drive it and was sold. From there it was all perfect and Natalie was great with organizing all the paperwork down to Insurance. Even got my plates cleaned. Terrible Service I took my car in and got the tires rotated on Sept 12/2017... After it was completed the guy informed me that one of my tires had a leak in it. Why wo I took my car in and got the tires rotated on Sept 12/2017... After it was completed the guy informed me that one of my tires had a leak in it. Why wouldn't you fix it prior to finishing the job. I did speak with the manager and got my money refunded and the tires was fixed. NO common sense. Today Nov 13 I took my car in for an oil change and i was informed i need new tires. Why was this not detected 2 months ago. This is crazy. As well, when i flat the original jack purchased with the car broke. Honda wants to charge me for it. I told them they can keep it. I will purchase my tires elsewhere and come spring will get rid of my honda i want nothing to do with them again. The worst service I have ever had. The front counter guy is so rude as well. Transmission failure in a civic? I purchased my 2011 civic new, had it regularly serviced and I looked after it. At 70,000 K I had to replace the fuel tank, and at 110,000K the trans I purchased my 2011 civic new, had it regularly serviced and I looked after it. At 70,000 K I had to replace the fuel tank, and at 110,000K the transmission failed. No mention of an AWA, and Honda Canada has not returned my calls. I have purchased 4 Hondas and spent a lot of money over the years. They really didn't seem to care. More
