Why did I have an appointment if it just goes in line for the shop did not get car till after 5:00PM Previously called for maintenance appointment last year told 4 weeks before I could bring it in. This would be beyond warranty requirement so had to service elsewhere. When you do finally get in the shop the will try to sell overpriced maintenance service not required by the manufacturer just to pad the bill. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealer unless you have another source for service More
