I had spoken to someone on the phone prior to going in and explained the necessity of a loaner car while work was being done and sure enough, everything was already arranged for me when I arrived there, as promised. I normally hate bringing the car in for maintenance and usually make my husband do it (due to past bad experiences, being a woman). But this went absolutely fine and I actually wouldn't mind having to do it again. Ron (I think he was the manager of the place) was extremely courteous and professional and the service person Tina was great and even made a couple of suggestions to save me $. That's a first! I will be back at Myers Nissan for my next maintenance for sure! More
