My most recent service visit was awesome! I came into the service centre to get my oil changed and to replace my rear-view windshield wiper. The gentleman serving me said that the new part for my windsh the service centre to get my oil changed and to replace my rear-view windshield wiper. The gentleman serving me said that the new part for my windshield wiper was in, and that it wasn't too busy in the service bay so that I could be served immediately - which I was. Then after that was fixed, a staff member (Jim, I believe his name is), offered to have my car cleaned at no extra cost - which I did. So I was in and out with all of my issues addressed PLUS I came away with a nice smelling, clean new car!!! Thank you for such a wonderful service experience. Well done, Myers Orleans service team. It could be a 5 but we all wish we could pay less and always wonder if we could have made a better deal but it is not a reflection on the cost of the vehicle or the dealership negotiations.
