Workmenship & Pricing 19 Sep 2014 My spouse had the drivers side power window repaired on our 2003 Chevy Malibu. The part failed within a few months and was re-order 19 Sep 2014 My spouse had the drivers side power window repaired on our 2003 Chevy Malibu. The part failed within a few months and was re-ordered and re-installed. Within a few months it failed a second time. She was informed that they installed the most economical part. They are now saying they will replace it with a more durable part and will split the cost. Our share would be an additional $300.00. We will certainly not be paying an additional $300.00. The part we paid for should be covered. The company is certainly not standing behind its workmanship and warranties, in this case. I believe this to be a very bad business practice. Your office called 17 Sept, 2014. My Spouse stated she should not be charged for this repair, as she already paid $300.00, and the window remains unusable. I strongly feel that your company is not living up to it obligation, in this case, to deliver reasonable and fair service. The service department stated they would send the part back to the distributor. More
