gas card i went to parkway on Dec 15/15 and purchased my 2012 jeep compass. Kevin took me for a test drive and the vehicle was great. I also had enquired about i went to parkway on Dec 15/15 and purchased my 2012 jeep compass. Kevin took me for a test drive and the vehicle was great. I also had enquired about a gas card I saw they were giving away at the time. Hal said he could get me one and I did not think nothing of it . I also noticed my check engine light came on after about a month. I brought the vehicle in and kevin looked after it for me. I received no follow up from hal at all after buying my vehicle. I had dropped by again and noticed I did not receive an owners manual for the car . I was given a 2015 one by kevin. when I came around for the second time time and ask about the gas card hal told me it had to do with accounting and should have been sent out. So I did not push and waited a good length of time and went in last week with my new business card. I gave it too hal and was told not to worry. Wow I should have figured nothing again in the mail. The gas card is not the big issue; it's the principal. I used to work for a chrsyler dealer ship at the erin mills auto centre in customer service. I f he did not want to get me a gas card he should have told me. More

Excellent I ended up trading in my 2014 caravan for an upgraded 2016 grand caravan. The ease in doing business with both Zafar and Brian was exceptional. Amazing Experience We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside the dealership we were greeted by almost everyone of the staff including the General Manager Debbie Sguigna who came over to say hello and offered me and my dad some Coffee/Tea. The sales rep Yousif went above and beyond explaining the different trims and available options on the Dodge Caravan and he helped us find the perfect vehicle that had all the options we wanted within our budget! This dealership so far is the best dealership I've ever visited, great people, great environment and hype! Since then, I came back twice for oil change and I love how their staff make you feel welcomed and they're always there to answer all of your questions!
