After some unfruitful negotiations at some other dealerships we decided to take a look at Parkway, as we had heard great things. We were greeted at the door by Mr. Zafar who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The negotiation was quite simple and he was able to get us a great deal on a model grade slightly higher than what we initially came in for. He was willing to answer any questions we had and made the pickup/delivery of the vehicle smooth and seamless. The GM, Debbie, came out to greet us and made sure we were fully satisfied with the deal. Our interactions with Ravi, the business manager were great as well. Would definitely recommend both Mr. Zafar and the dealership as a whole to anyone looking to buy a car! More

Ivery gone anD got a quote if the damage 900$+ so why should I be paying out if pocket yet I was delivered a damaged car which I did notify the sales person on the day of delivery. More

After test driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailblazer I fell in love with it and decided that was what I wanted. After working thorough the details the team was able to get me into a new 2016 at a better rate than the 2015. A couple of days later I was very disappointed to see that the vehicle did not have a sunroof as I was told it would have, Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset however sales manager came to see me and asked to wait a few minutes he was going to see what he could. A few minutes later he was back and assured that I would get a moon roof at no additional cost to me. I was very happy with the decision and way he handled this situation in a very calm manner. I will be going in sometime in the next week to get the installation done. In the meantime I'm loving the new Jeep Cherokee Trailblazer. Taking Pride in Serving Their Customers I would like to share my experience as my son was looking for a Ford Escape vehicle when he returned from Scotland where he was playing hockey for the I would like to share my experience as my son was looking for a Ford Escape vehicle when he returned from Scotland where he was playing hockey for the winter months. He found one at this dealership and asked me if I could go and take a look at it and take it for a test drive. I unfortunately live north of the GTA and when I was referred to Munir and asked if I could come in 30 minutes before opening on a Sunday to test drive the vehicle he made the necessary arrangements. I was very much interested in the vehicle and my son had been searching for a while and was eager to finalize this deal. Working with Munir and Luis in a short time period of negotiating a deal was finalized. However with my son still overseas was not due back for another 2 weeks Luis did not hesitate in advising I could leave the vehicle on site and complete the licencing portion when my son returned making my life alt easier and making my son very happy, Once picking up the vehicle 2 weeks later we were greeted by Munir, Luis and also Debbie Sguigna while the paper work was finalized.
