Purchasing a 2012 Jeep Wrangler We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Parkway Chrysler. We first went in to see if they were even a feasible option, as I am rathe We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Parkway Chrysler. We first went in to see if they were even a feasible option, as I am rather tall (6 ft 3). Zafar took us straight away to sit in a Jeep. We gave him a 10 point list of everything we wanted in a used vehicle, (price range, year, # of doors, roof type, colours, mileage, etc) and asked if they could look for us. Zafar looked for us, even though we were looking to buy in a few months. He found us the perfect vehicle that met every criteria, he picked it up himself, we test drove it and bought it. We also bought winter tires, and they installed them before we picked up the vehicle as requested. Quality of service was excellent throughout. The only downside that was some of the other employees were not as on the ball, so it took longer for us to pay than we would have liked. However, Zafar was excellent, and I am sure that if he had been there on that day (it was his day off, everyone deserves them), things would have been much smoother. More
