He arranged for a tow truck and a rental vehicle. Since it was an insurance claim, repairs took a while but Amory kept us up to date and kept his promise to have our truck repaired ASAP. When we went to pick up the truck, Amory handed over the keys to our repaired truck which he had arranged to have detailed. Awesome Service Advisor. More

Brayley and Debbie were quick to greet me and answered all my questions. 2 hours later I was leaving with a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport… lol. I was not planning on making this purchase, but after great deal that I have been offered I simply could not drive away in my old truck. More
Mike's new 2017 Jeep Compass I had previously spotted the vehicle on the dealerships website. I arrived at the dealership mid afternoon on a Sunday. I was met by Ian (sales mana I had previously spotted the vehicle on the dealerships website. I arrived at the dealership mid afternoon on a Sunday. I was met by Ian (sales manager) who then transferred me to Brayley (sales rep). It was snowing and as the service department was closed, Brayley brought the Jeep Compass into the service bay where I could get a closer look, try out all the seats and check out all the options in the warm (and dry) garage. I was very happy with the trade in value of my current vehicle. After agreeing on a price, I met Mohammed in the finance department. He was great to deal with in that he explained very well the various finance options available, warranties and other things like rust proofing and undercoat. But at the same time wasn't pushy in that I should buy this or that. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery; namely the winter tires. Brayley was great in that he kept me constantly informed on their progress. On the date of delivery I met Debbie (general manager). She was very friendly, professional and sincerely appreciated my business. In the end I had decided to pick up the vehicle and then return another day once the supplier came through with the winter tire package. As I was about to leave the showroom, the supplier delivered the tires. This was about 5:30 pm. I agreed to stay and allow them to install the winter tires. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within a short walking distance of the dealership. I have to say what impressed me most was the team work that came together to get these snow tires on. Margaret from the service department and Jesse and Jim from the parts department, rolled up their sleeves to get the job done and get me on my way. It's one thing to rate customer service when everything just falls into place like it's supposed to, but it's a real testament to "teamwork" when barriers beyond your control are thrown up in front of you, yet everyone pitches in to overcome and get the job done. Thanks to all at Parkway...I love my new Jeep! More

Everyone with whom we had contact was pleasant and helpful. The dealership itself is a bit overcrowded and cramped making it sometimes difficult to view the cars but Brayley was very helpful in getting out the vehicles we wanted to test drive. We would certainly consider returning for our next purchase. Psst Brayley, learn how to drive a standard! ;) Ana and Jeff More

He surprised me a lot with an after sales problem I had and no one seems to care. I called the financial department and management, they said they would get back to me and never done. After 3 months I decided to call Zafar, surprisingly he had my issue fixed in couple hours. I cannot say how impressed I was. I was not expecting that from him and after this experience I can say he is the best and most complete sales person I ever met in my life. Thanks Zafar. More

Used car purchase - not the dealership to handle this Having spent four hours in the dealership purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV, completing all the paperwork for financing, taking the vehicle for a test drive Having spent four hours in the dealership purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV, completing all the paperwork for financing, taking the vehicle for a test drive, being given the hard sell - after two days we were informed that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else. We were apologised to - fine - but why was this not caught before we signed the paperwork? After returning, being promised a replacement, we were shown a 2012 Honda CRV which looked okay from the first view - my husband is a technician - fully licensed (he was not permitted to complete the safety inspection, the dealership does that) - and I do not trust anyone but him to do an inspection on any vehicle I purchase - take into account, this was a very expensive purchase for us - I have never spent more than $4k on a used vehicle before - so we were expecting this vehicle to be in great condition - yes it is used, I wasn't looking for perfection, but after we were called and told ''come on in its ready for pick up' we arrived to find the vehicle had not been detailed, there was only one key available, touch ups had not been completed all this was promised when we resigned the paperwork. After refusing to take the vehicle from the parking lot until it was fully detailed, re-undercoated (the people they use are terrible), after speaking with Debbie the General Manager in person and showing Johnny the used car manager (as well as the bosses son) why we were refusing to take it - and also requesting another key be issued, we left - disappointed - again. Upon returning three days later when the second key had finally been programmed, we took the vehicle home. Three days later, my technician husband drove the car to Guelph and discovered the left rear brakes got very hot, and smelt badly - he has discovered that the pad is seizing up on the anchor, and therefore the brake is becoming very hot. Whoever completed the safety service should have not passed this vehicle - we also found the windshield wipers needed replacing immediately and rather than going back to the dealer yet again to be fobbed off with apologies (I'm really sorry only cuts soo much ice) we replaced them ourselves. Both of these issues should have been caught on safety inspection. Basically, very disappointed, very disheartened with the service, overall treatment, hard sell, xx tactics, lack of customer service (I received a call at 4.30 to be told I would be called back in half an hour - I called back after 2 hours to find out what was going on). I would never recommend this dealership, I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and gone to the Honda dealership right next door, but when we said we wanted to go and get coffee to discuss, we were given the hard sell - no let me make you one, you can stay right here - strong armed tactics to make a sale. Honestly, after putting down the deposit on the first car to be told two days later it was already sold should have made us take back our money and run - but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - bad move. More
