He arranged for a tow tr After having rear differential cover stolen from our Ram 1500, called Parkway Chrysler and heard the cheerful voice of Amory. He arranged for a tow truck and a rental vehicle. Since it was an insurance claim, repairs took a while but Amory kept us up to date and kept his promise to have our truck repaired ASAP. When we went to pick up the truck, Amory handed over the keys to our repaired truck which he had arranged to have detailed. Awesome Service Advisor. More
