Hello, I have been extremely patient with this whole situation. When I purchased the car back in Jan part of the deal was that I would receive the following.... 1. Mulroney label(window sticker) 2. Hellcat car cover( they ordered in the wrong one as I have a plain car cover) I called FCA customer relations to get this sorted and that went no where. Jessica as FCA stated that the Mulroney label was mailed two weeks ago... still nothing. The replacement caliper and car cover were apparently ordered, but I haven't heard from anyone. From top to bottom this process has been a joke and not dealt with in a professional manner at any level. My contact email is rawilliams@rogers.com. My name is Alex.
