Don't buy a Jeep anywhere else ! Jeeps are pretty standard but the level of service from dealership to dealership is NOT ! Brayley responded immediately to calls and texts . Also went the extra mile went out in the pouring rain made a video with the jeep I wanted as I was out of town. I had experienced some high pressure salesman at other dealerships and walked away but this team was helpful and attentive. Went above and beyond to met our tight timelines. Wonderful experience. 10 Plus Dealership I've been going to this dealership for many years and the people who work here are exceptional. They've always been very friendly and will go above and beyond to get you the service you need. I've always been taken care of and I've never felt like I've ever been ripped off. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and Parkway is, by far, the best which is why I've stayed with them for so long. I recently bought a new Dodge Ram and I am very happy with my truck thus far....I love my truck....many thanks to Parkway for making my experience of buying a new truck, a happy one. More

Jesse made it easy! Bought a 2016 Wrangler from Jesse, they didn't have the one I like at his location. He went above and beyond, went to another dealership in Burlington Bought a 2016 Wrangler from Jesse, they didn't have the one I like at his location. He went above and beyond, went to another dealership in Burlington to pick up the one I like and drove it back to his location, during his lunch time!! Wow talk about customer service! I'm loving my Jeep and really appreciate the help and care Jesse has provided. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who want to purchase. More

Worst dealer experience ever. I would highly recommend that you look for another dealership for you car buying needs. This dealership lacks proper procedures and lacks professio I would highly recommend that you look for another dealership for you car buying needs. This dealership lacks proper procedures and lacks professional courtesy and does not do what they say they will. Car was not ready when promised, car was not clean upon delivery, car had 108kms on it when I arrived for pick up... it had 8 kms on it when I signed the paper work. Dealership ordered wrong winter tires/rims and scrapped the powered coated calipers when test fitting the wrong set of rims.... they ordered a replacement part in back in feb... still haven't heard from them. Once they sell you the car you don't matter. Horrible, horrible dream car purchase. 2016 challenger hellcat. There wer more issues, but the long and short of it is steer clear of this poorly run dealership. More

Mohammad Khan is rude and a fraud The other car dealers in this dealer ship are very supportive and helping.But Mohamamd Khan is very rude. On top of that he will talk you in to signin The other car dealers in this dealer ship are very supportive and helping.But Mohamamd Khan is very rude. On top of that he will talk you in to signing papers without even asking if you want to buy a car or not. His ridiculous behaviour and unappropriate customer care forced me to write all this.I would recommend this dealership but WARN you to specifically avoid this man named Mohammad Khan.HE LITERALLY IS A FRAUD , and has no customer compliance. I went in there with my cousin on the second day after she told me that she was talked in to signing uninformed agreement. When I respectfully told him that this was completely wrong! He told me to mind my own business and I shouldn't interfere.I asked him to call his manager and he rudely replied that he was also a manager of that branch...in other words he told me to mind my own business.Before we were leaving I said we wanted to back out and cancel the deal.He replied that it won't be possible at all and it could lead us in to illegal issues.Next day my cousin went in and was dealt by another sales man and was refunded the money back. I am writing all this to inform you guys...just to be careful.Please! More

The best!!!
