Parkway Chrysler - CUSTOMER DISS-SERVICE FIRST MISTAKE - had a brake job done on our 2012 Grand Caravan in June 2016 (41,000km approximately) at Parkway Chrysler and never wanted to go back. FIRST MISTAKE - had a brake job done on our 2012 Grand Caravan in June 2016 (41,000km approximately) at Parkway Chrysler and never wanted to go back. The service guy was the worst as when I asked to see the old brake rotors they replaced, I was told to go check out back in the dumpster! He then told me that their service technicians get paid by the "job", my job was done, and that they would not retrieve the old discs. Almost $1,200 spent there and not satisfied that my 4 rotors truly needed changing, left me wondering about their honesty. As I had not initially asked them to save the rotors for me to see, I bit my tongue, swore I would never go back, and left it at that. Today at another Dodge Chrysler dealership (50,000km approximately), I was told that my rear pads were down to 1mm and when checking the invoice from Parkway, it seems they did not replace the rear pads although they replaced the rear rotors and serviced the callipers. This was never disclosed by the Parkway "dumpster dive" service guy. I clarified to Parkway that I am happy to pay for the pads, but not the labour as it should have been done at the same time. The service manager was less than helpful, defended their prior incomplete job, and in the end told me to get an appointment if I wanted the work done and pay full rate. We gave them a second chance, and the way they handled the situation confirmed that that was my SECOND and LAST MISTAKE. This is the customer service I received and will never spend a cent at Parkway nor have any friends and/or family do so either. If this is their customer facing service and quality of staff they hire, I suggest the whole dealership be avoided like the plague. More

Buying Experience I walked in to buy a used Dodge and Andie was introduced to me and she told me- why do you want to buy a used car when you can buy a new one for less?
