I did a lot of research and figured out exactly what I wanted. Then I ended up buying my car from Tim from My Car in Richmond. Tim was extremely kind and funny, and he made the experience stress-free and even fun! Even though he knew I wanted the top of the line Mazda 3, he wasn’t pushy at all and in fact recommended that I test drive all three models and compare. I wasn’t able to make the final decision that same day and he was understanding enough to hold the car until Monday. He and Tony from finance made the experience extremely easy and relaxing, and made sure that I understood every step of the process. They also made sure that I got everything I wanted, as well as some deals as they understood that it wasn’t the best time for me to have to buy a new car. I love my 2015 red Mazda 3 GT and would recommend My Car in Richmond to anyone! Especially Tim and Tony! More

MyCar to the rescue!! Between the no pressure sales from Mike and the magic created by Tony C., they got me out of a serious life JAM!! My current vehicle was going to be too expensive to fix and I needed a reliable vehicle for work...problem was, I'm a new business owner with less than 2 years into my business...this means that it's difficult to get financed. These guys did what most dealerships would not go the extra mile to get me into a vehicle when I needed it most! They managed to get my out of my previous loan and into an amazing Subaru Outback for a great price....and to top it off..the put in a new battery, new brakes, good set of winter tires and an oil change to get me on the right path...stress is relieved!! Four and a Half Stars! I picked up my new to me 2013 Honda Fit today. I contacted the dealership a week ago to make an appointment to look at that specific vehicle. I was p I picked up my new to me 2013 Honda Fit today. I contacted the dealership a week ago to make an appointment to look at that specific vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman, Erik, divulged during that phone call that the vehicle had been in a moderately severe accident a couple of years ago. The fact that he was so forthcoming with information that could have turned me away from looking at the car in the first place, is what prompted me to go out to Richmond to test drive it. When I asked if I could take the car to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, they actually went one further and brought the car in to my mechanic for me for the inspection. The whole experience was quite positive. The only slight negative that is preventing a five star rating from me is the fact that the gas tank was only 1/3 full when I picked up the vehicle. I was surprised, given the service level that I had had, that MyCar would skimp on something so basic. More
