The staff tell me when I don't need to come in, and when I do. And (as I ask for this) they will suggest a few extras that will be better for car 'health' and performance. From day one, when I called with questions - to when I come for service appointments - all staff are always so friendly, helpful and informative. I would recommend this dealership (and the car I bought) to everyone! Thank you! More

I told the sales consultant what I wanted and he went above and beyond to show me exactly the vehicle I wanted without pressuring me to upgrade. This consultant spent multiple hours working with me to make sure this vehicle was the perfect fit. I felt like the consultant truly valued his customers by understanding what was important and by working hard to get the best price. At the time of delivery, I was very appreciative of the time taken, by the consultant, to show me every detail of my new vehicle. Overall an excellent experience!! For the service department, the service was great. I went in for an oil change and it was done within 20 minutes! More

Lied that the car had undergone a recent price reduction - clearly incorrect when looking at auto-trader history. He also wasn't upfront on fees when asked. More
