My wife's new SUV.. Extremely nice and friendly staff from the Salesman to the Finance girl to the General Manager made our purchase of a 2017 Buick Envision Premium II. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because I believe that there is no such thing as a 5 star or a perfect 10..... there is always a way to make things better. Although we experienced some communication issues during our journey through the new car purchase world, it all came together at the end. Happy Salesman, happy Finance girl, happy General Manager but most of all ------- happy owners of a new Buick. Would I recommend MURRAY GM and would I buy again in the future? Yes I will. Very Good customer service They just do a very good job, as they say no one knows better your vehicle and it's true, nice place to wait while the vehicle is serviced, good attit They just do a very good job, as they say no one knows better your vehicle and it's true, nice place to wait while the vehicle is serviced, good attitude from the employees, Not very cheap but it is worth for the good service. I don't give five stars because They only give one year warranty on some services like replacement of bearings, I do not understand because original bearings can last more than seven years or over 100k kms, these expensive repairs should be longer, SKF and Timken give two and three years warranty for the parts and they last 10 years More

Classic pre long weekend emergency I would like to say first off THE BEST GM SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! So heres the story. I work out of town and was planning a 5 day May long campi I would like to say first off THE BEST GM SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! So heres the story. I work out of town and was planning a 5 day May long camping trip. I got home wednesday morning and was going to load the camper in the truck that night. Plan was to run into town get beer and camping supplies. Started the truck and well it had a check engine light and a service exhaust system warning. Drove it to town, didnt go away, called Murray GM for an emergency appointment, and was suprised they could book me in for 130 pm that day.... I was very scared that the camping trip would delayed or cancelled. Anyways i picked up my camping gear and beer and was at Murray GM for my appointment at 1pm. Told the service advisor how scared I was. They took the truck in immediately. Literally 3 hours later and one DEF tank the truck was done and I was hedded home to load up my camper. I was shocked, not only did they have the parts to fix my truck but, I was back on the road in 3 hours or less! It was amazing. I have never had GM service like that ever. THANK YOU More

Had a water leak My 2017 chevy Trax ended having a water leak. I ended up needing a new amp module as well. Everything works great again and the water leak was fixed!
