Terrible service, Overcharged, Never go back again Brought a vechicle in for inspection and everything worked great when we brought in in. A $195.00 insection turned into $1180.00 when they told us our lights wouldn't work when they worked fine right up until the morning we brought it in for inspection. Extremely disappointed and felt completely ripped off! Besides I'm getting a new noise out of the intake since taking it in. I need to take it to another mechanic to look at which will cost me even more!! I Expected more from a small town dealer who relies more on repeat customers than a bigger city dealership. I will never go back again and don't recommend this dealership to anyone. I should have read other reviews about this place before going in. I'm not the only one these guys ripped off. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else!!! More

They are the best to deal with I had sent Jeffre MacDonald a email on the truck i was interested in the the response was very fast.He was very quick to have everything set up with W I had sent Jeffre MacDonald a email on the truck i was interested in the the response was very fast.He was very quick to have everything set up with Wayne Anness. when i was able to get to the dealership i was amazed at the friendliness and the atmosphere of Mountain View.Jeffre was there to show me the truck and answer any question i had.It was a great to talk to him he was very clear in what he said and explained every detail of the truck to me.Wayne was very clear in explaining the finance to me he never pushed this and that at me he was great to talk to.To Jeffre and Wayne thanks for making this go through as fast and so smooth as you guys did my hats off to 2 great guys. Great Dealership & Friendly Service. Very quick and to the point response on the email by Jeffre MacDonald. We finalized the deal by email and when we went to the dealership the next day Very quick and to the point response on the email by Jeffre MacDonald. We finalized the deal by email and when we went to the dealership the next day they waited for us after hours in very cold weather. Jeffre did not show any rush or haste while we selected our Grand Caravan. The paperwork was clear and transparent just us the dealership is straight forward. Excellent service I came here looking for an affordable vehicle after my car was written off. The staff always have your best interests in mind, never pressured me into I came here looking for an affordable vehicle after my car was written off. The staff always have your best interests in mind, never pressured me into anything and answered any questions I had honestly. They were extremely patient with me while I was trying to make a decision. Compared to ALL the other dealerships I had gone to they were the most upfront about prices and fees, laid back and helpful. The staff work on a basis of developing a relationship with a client and giving them fair deals rather than trying to make the most money. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
