Glen was more than welcoming, friendly and professional. He explained everything to be done to my vehicle and was exceptionally courteous! The offer of providing me an Uber to go home and be picked up once He explained everything to be done to my vehicle and was exceptionally courteous! The offer of providing me an Uber to go home and be picked up once my vehicle was completed due to the length of time to service my vehicle. Glen was extremely helpful when I had problems with the Uber vehicle supposed to pick me up, and he was extremely concerned and unnecessarily apologetic for my bad experience (even though it was out of the control of Hamilton Hyundai’s). Even after having completed my servicing his duties, Glen was extremely patient and assisted me beyond what is ordinarily expected with additional questions I had about vehicles and other related questions. Even when trying to contact Glen initially when my Uber never arrived at my home, Kim, from the servicing desk was extremely apologetic on the phone and tracked/paged Glen to take my call. In general I was greeted and attended to with utmost courtesy and professionalism, exactly what I am used to from Mountain Hyundai staff and servicing department personnel with a very friendly atmosphere. That is why I will never go elsewhere for not only my vehicle’s servicing needs but even when I am purchasing my new Hyundai vehicles in the past and future! An outstanding, excellent, professional, courteous and friendly experience as usual. Truly 5*, and very different and 100% improvement from my previous experience. I hope my outstanding 6🌟 review and exceptional customer service experience is relayed to Glen, Kim and the parts agent (at the window) as well as all servicing personnel (as it’s a team effort)!!! More

The service was excellent. Cameron listened to my concerns and took them seriously and a new battery was installed. My visit on Mar. 8th was for an oil change and a cabin filter was also replaced. The service tech was excellent and the car was ready on time. On another note. The new device the shows your alignment as you drive in was very interesting. An instant readout shows if any wheels are not up to spec. I felt quite mixed about this inspection. On the one hand I certainly would want to know if any wheel was badly out of alignment. Good for that reason. On the other hand I was instantly told how much an alignment would cost if I had it done. How would I know how far out of spec the 2 wheels were? Is this a way to push more work on a customer? And hand over another $137(plus tax) for work that might not be needed. A visual inspection of the tires on the wheels that were shown to be out of alignment show no uneven wear. Just wondering. More
