Since I have to bring my car back in a week to get repaired he said he would ensure my next rental car was in good condition and that somebody would drive it to my house to swap cars to save me the inconvenience of driving to the dealership. I was very impressed with his concern and eagerness to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Rony Brandi has also been a great help not only while buying my new Jeep but with any questions or concerns i've had since buying the Jeep. John put the bulb in himself within 3 minutes and then he saw that my "check engine" light was on. This had been a problem for 3 months and had been going on and then off for a while quite frequently. John diagnosed the problem within the minutes, set me up for an appointment the next day, and looked up my extended warranty to see if it was going to be covered. It was! I came back the next morning, dropped off the car for the day, and took the shuttle to my office. The reason why I give such a high rating is because they went out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. I use my car to travel for my work every day and need the peace of mind that comes from knowing that I can get prompt service and that me and my vehicle are safe. Thanks! More

Service Was Great I was having issues with tire pressure on my back passenger side tire and also with my navigation system freezing up.
