This had been a problem for 3 months and had been going on and then off for a while quite frequently. John diagnosed the problem within the minutes, set me up for an appointment the next day, and looked up my extended warranty to see if it was going to be covered. It was! I came back the next morning, dropped off the car for the day, and took the shuttle to my office. The reason why I give such a high rating is because they went out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. I use my car to travel for my work every day and need the peace of mind that comes from knowing that I can get prompt service and that me and my vehicle are safe. Thanks! More

Service Was Great I was having issues with tire pressure on my back passenger side tire and also with my navigation system freezing up. Recall notice I made an appointment and was told a couple of hours ended up being all day.
