Easy service appointment I brought my truck in for an early morning appointment and was handled quickly and efficiently by John Leclair. Wayne Rogers was amazing My husband and I went to numerous dealerships and were not happy until we met Wayne. Not once did we feel like he was throwing a sales pitch, out for My husband and I went to numerous dealerships and were not happy until we met Wayne. He was honest, ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy before and after. Not once did we feel pressure. After 7 vehicals from GMC we are now Crysler customers. At the end we dealt with Andrea who was extremely nice and went up against a hard person to seal a deal when it comes to extras but she managed. She was hard to resist, did her research and sealed a deal with extended warranty that suited our needs in the end. More

Tire replacement Ran over 11 pieces of sheet metal. CAA driver said this was the worst tire he had seen in 11 years. My wife went to the dealership and asked if they Ran over 11 pieces of sheet metal. CAA driver said this was the worst tire he had seen in 11 years. My wife went to the dealership and asked if they had this size. Bobby Stewart told her to leave the car (on a Monday), put on a new tire for $75 off the normal price and completed service that was scheduled for Wednesday.
