Best deal and best customer service!!!!! I had the great pleasure to deal with Jack Bryan first through emails and then in person. He answered every email and there were many, he even answered emails at 10:00 p.m. I sent the email thinking he would get back to me the next day but he answered it right away. The day I went to pick up my new car Jack sits with me in the car and teaches me everything I need to know about the computer in the dash and he set up my phone to ring through blue tooth. He even emailed me the next day to check and see that I was enjoying my new car. I decided to go with this dealership initially because they gave me a price on my new car that was thousands cheaper than any other dealership. Jack did not rush me or pressure me at all it was the most relaxing purchase I ever made. Jack went above and beyond in helping me feel secure that I was getting a good car at the best price. It was a good experience and I will be recommending Jack to all of my friends and family to go and see him to purchase their next vehicle. More

Problem finally fixed after 2 years After approximately 2 years of my check engine light coming on and another dealership trying to fix this problem I took my car to Jason Bray Manager o After approximately 2 years of my check engine light coming on and another dealership trying to fix this problem I took my car to Jason Bray Manager of Motor City Chrysler Since I had originally purchased the car from there and was at the end of my patience with this problem I asked Jason what could be done. He said they would take over the problem and have their mechanic Roy look for the problem. Thanks to Jason and Roy and Bobby (my service advisor) the problem was finally fixed Thanks So Much Everyone :) I does make a difference where you take your car! More

Awesome experience for my first car purchase Karen was very pleasant to deal with. She came in on her day off in order to accommodate my schedule due to school and exams. There was an issue with the ownership and Karen came to my house to pick up the incorrect ownership and then delivered the correct one to my house, which I appreciated as I was in the middle of final exams in my final semester.
