Quick, easy Karen was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and price I was looking for. She wasn't pushy at all which was very nice! I did have to call for Karen was amazing! When I called the service desk I wasn't very pleased though, the girl couldn't answer my questions as to the brake job being covered and she couldn't give me a time the job would actually be, which puts my husband out because he's not sure how long he'll be waiting for it to actually be worked on.
