Awesome salesman I had a great experience at motor city Chrysler, my salesman was Mitch. Being out of town and purchasing my new ram 1500 over the phone couldn't have I had a great experience at motor city Chrysler, my salesman was Mitch. Being out of town and purchasing my new ram 1500 over the phone couldn't have gone any better, Mitch was always available and was able to answer all my questions, Mitch sold me the truck I wanted not the truck he wanted to sell. I've always been a Ford guy but I'm ecstatic about the ram,, I'd definitely recommend motor city Chrysler, great service and ask for Mitch!!! More

Excellent Customer Service! I spoke to Adrian on the phone on a Wednesday, after other Chrysler dealers would not get back to me/didn't have time to fix my seized brakes for days I spoke to Adrian on the phone on a Wednesday, after other Chrysler dealers would not get back to me/didn't have time to fix my seized brakes for days. Adrian told me he'd take care of me the next morning (Thursday). He met me the moment I showed up to my appointment, was able to have my Wrangler fixed under warranty and treated me excellent along the way!! Thank you Adrian & the entire Service Team. :-) I will be back! More

Horrible Service I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle that was said to have Bluetooth and didn't figure out until I got hom I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle that was said to have Bluetooth and didn't figure out until I got home that it didn't. They ended up making me pay for it which I shouldn't have had to. I had to recently bring it into the service department because of an unknown issue. If I hadn't had an issue with my vehicle I obviously wouldn't bring it in. They refused to give me loaner vehicle and it took me calling them the next day to figure out what was going on. They told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle but insisted to take it for another test drive. Two hours later I went to find out what was going on and they still hadn't taken it out for a test drive. At this time I needed to leave for work so I grabbed my vehicle and left. They said they would email me the paper work and call for a follow up which three weeks later still has not happened. I'm completely annoyed with this dealship and would not recommend going there to anyone. More
