Driver was friendly and courteous. I had an appointment after work and was concerned about timing. Didn't need to be as the shuttle was waiting when I finished work and paperwork was done paid and was on my way. Experience was a 10 out of 10. Would also like to give kudos to the parts service desk. Very helpful when ordering a part for my older Dodge Ram. Was impressed. Don't have his name but appreciated his help. More

We were not disappointed! Karen helped us select and price our new Town and Country. She had recently helped our parents choose their new vehicle. She told us about and helped us access a special program from Chrysler to help those who need adaptive equipment on their vehicle. Not only was she accommodating, courteous and friendly, she made us feel comfortable to ask whatever we needed to. She made sure we knew what our next steps were in returning our lease and getting into our new van! We were also VERY happy with the deals from Chrysler and the dealership at the time of purchase. We also looked at new cars but we changed our mind for a little longer before trading, Austen Ewen took very good care of us and helped us to understand why we might consider to wait a little longer before any trade.
