Disappointed I started out by going to the dealership on Saturday to see if I could have the rear window weather stripping fixed as it was falling. The receptionis I started out by going to the dealership on Saturday to see if I could have the rear window weather stripping fixed as it was falling. The receptionist told me that service was closed on Saturday and I would need to call Monday. Then told me the dealership was booked solid till Thursday. So I called Thursday for Friday and ended up booking an appointment for Wednesday all day. I would do a night drop and leave the truck for the day. Phone Wednesday to see if I could pick up the truck and the weather stripping was not ordered even though I had told them a week in advance what the problem was. Wait another day to get the truck back and find a new scratch above my door handle. Lovely... More
