Servicing my cars since 1990! I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Mohawk Ford since 1988. It started with a Mercury Grand Marquis, and it was because I wanted a second opi I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Mohawk Ford since 1988. It started with a Mercury Grand Marquis, and it was because I wanted a second opinion for repairs to the exhaust; a section close to the catalytic converter. The quote by another dealer was over $300.00. Mohawk Ford quoted me $35.00! I immediately switched and have taken my vehicles there for service ever since. Over the years we've had some rocky moments, but just like a strong marriage, Mohawk Ford has found a way to make it right. I think it's fair to say we've both compromised. I assess and value the service of a dealership based on multiple visits and experiences. In my case it has been 30 years, and the relationship is still going strong. Ford should be grateful to have Mohawk Ford as a franchise. Buying another brand is difficult for me, because I don't want to give up the service I get from Mohawk Ford. More
