The Focus went in for summer tire replacement with winter tires. The covid cleaning station in the show room was well maintained all day. No matter the difficulty encountered in the office, the staff are always pleasant and ready to help. It is always a very friendly place to visit for service or even to have a question answered. It is no problem even to go in and have the wheels retorqued with no appointment, I know the tries will be changed again in the spring and am already looking forward to seeing the staff in the new year.
