Amazing experience with Mr. Francis! Over the Victoria Day long wk end, me and my wife decided to visit Mississauga Kia just to learn about used cars. We had no intention of purchasing a Over the Victoria Day long wk end, me and my wife decided to visit Mississauga Kia just to learn about used cars. We had no intention of purchasing a car on that same day. Since, I already read great reviews on sales representative Mr. Francis before visiting the dealership, I asked for Francis, He was busy but came multiple times to apologize for the wait. He showed us few used Kias and explained benefits vs other models. He answered all our questions. He made us such a great deal that we decided to purchase a Kia Rio then and there. When he found out that we took a cab to get to the dealership, he insisted to drop us home. We were very impressed of his hospitality. (At later date, when I went for the delivery, customer service associate, Ms. Karen, impressed me even more with her outgoing personality.
