I purchased a RIO a few years back, which was unfortunately written off :( I returned last week to purchase the RIO again! My car was tinted and ready for pick up in 2 DAYS!! Steve took the time to go over all the options in my car (even tho I was in a rush, he made sure to get my attention to cover all the safety features!) Great Dealer Experience We had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Brian Penner. Brian is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual high pressure uncaring salespeople that I have dealt with in the past. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is willing to invest the time necessary to make a sale without making the buyer feel rushed or pressured. He loves cars and it shows. From the moment we entered the dealership and were warmly greeted by Karen at reception through the whole purchasing process we were impressed with every one of the team at Mississauga Kia. In the end we made a great deal and left the dealership ecstatic with our new Sorento. Kudos to Brian and the team at Mississauga Kia! More

Liars , Dishonest Con Artist Mississauga Kia September 09/2016 --- 2600 Motorway Blvd. Mississauga, ON L5L 1X3 I priced the car online for 2016 model with taxes and all Mississauga Kia September 09/2016 --- 2600 Motorway Blvd. Mississauga, ON L5L 1X3 I priced the car online for 2016 model with taxes and all other fees . Went into the dealership , was introduced to salesmen name Kris ( should have looked at the business card to get full and correct name ) I asked to be shown a car , not test drive just look at it to see what comes in it , how it feels inside , which salesmen did , then I asked to be shown full cash price of the car with taxes and all fees and that when trouble began . Salesman tried to convince me that they no longer have 2016 and I should consider 2017 which was over $4000 more expensive , the guy told me the internet price does not include all dealer fees and the price is different . I asked what is the price difference between 2016 and 2017 models , he said $500 more for 2017 ( starting price ) . After looking at internet price and his price I told him that the gap is huge and that is very misleading to a costumer , that is when the salesmen looked at me and said "you think I am lying , you come here rude asking to show you a car , I am running around you wasting my time to show you a car if you don't like it then have a good day " , I responded "you are not wasting your time as I am a potential buyer it is your job to show me the car" . That is when some other salesman acting all tough got in my face and told me "there is the door get out" . It all caught me completely off guard because at no point I was rude or raised my voice or did anything to cause their reaction , only thing I said that the price was misleading . As I walked out the door that other tough wannabe salesmen got in my face again and said "you know what I like to do with people like you , smash your face and break your jaw" , at that point I stopped , turned straight to face him and told him "go ahead try it" , he took a step back , started to explain himself not looking all tough , eventually he walked away back into dealership swearing and mumbling something . Insane , mind boggling experience at Mississauga Kia dealership , you go in as a potential client , you leave being threaten ! More

After going along with it I ended up with a unpleasant surprise when taking possession of the vehicle. Though I accept responsibility for not backing away or being more carefull , I still believe it was unfair not allowing a customer a test drive before buying a vehicle. More

Every sales consultant and manager said "Hi" to us, offered us coffee and even walked us to the bathroom instead of pointing in the direction. Our car was outfitted as discussed and there were no surprises come day of pick up. We will be back for sure and have already recommended Mississauga Kia to our co-workers and family members! Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Comfortable Environment It's been close to a month since I bought a used car from Mississauga Kia - I was tempted to write a review as soon as I walked out of the dealership It's been close to a month since I bought a used car from Mississauga Kia - I was tempted to write a review as soon as I walked out of the dealership but I figured I'd wait for a while to make sure that there were no issues. I couldn't be happier with the car and the level of service I received. Tristan made the whole process effortless and very comfortable for me. I'd been visiting dealerships all day where a few salesmen had been a little aggressive in trying to sell me a car. Tristan made my whole experience at Mississauga Kia very comfortable. He was very friendly and very helpful in finding the right used car that fit my budget (a very important point for me) and requirements. I can't recommend him enough. We filtered through the inventory and went for a test drive. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a car, it was excellent. Tristan and Josh were able to get me a great deal on the car I chose. When I bought the car, I realised that a small accessory was missing in the vehicle (tray in the trunk). I contacted Josh and Tristan the next day and they immediately responded and said that they'd replace that accessory with one from another car for me. I thought that was superior customer service as they really didn't have to and it was a pretty small accessory. On a side note, I'd been on autotrader for about a month beforehand, and visited a few dealerships and the deals that Mississauga Kia has for used cars are pretty great! Some are cheaper than the actual car's dealership. I recommend checking out the website and keeping in mind other fees when you're thinking of the final cost (licensing, admin, winter tires?, warranty, etc. All that jazz). Don't be afraid to ask for deals because they really go out of their way to give an excellent final price, especially if you need a few other things (e.g. winter tires). Highly recommended! More

We felt bad not choosing a Kia in 2015 as my wife had settled for a Santa Fe instead. Although once it was time for me to buy a new car I knew that there was nobody else I was going too other than Francis. It was over a year later and Francis still remembered me and my family and once again he provided the best customer sales experience I've ever encountered. I'm loving my new 2016 Sorento but I have to be honest that the reason I bought a Kia was because of Francis. Things even got better when we dealt with Jessica regarding the financing and I knew then that Mississauga Kia was a top notch dealership that cared about their customers. Bar none this was the best car buying experience and I will be sure to refer more customers to Francis. More
