Buying a car for the second time Three years ago, I bought a kia sportage 2014 from Mississauga Kia. A week ago, I bought my second car kia Sorento 2018 from the same dealer with the Three years ago, I bought a kia sportage 2014 from Mississauga Kia. A week ago, I bought my second car kia Sorento 2018 from the same dealer with the same salesperson. I believe in loyalty. You become one when you experience excellent service whether from the maintenance, from the salesperson, from the dealer and even from JUST the staff. I recommend Francis Ong, Joshua Seller and the rest of the staff of Mississauga Kia for a job VERY WELL done. More

Worst service experience. Left with more issues. Been coming to this dealership for a bit over 2 years and my Service experiences have been deteriorating in that time. Virtually everything I have had Been coming to this dealership for a bit over 2 years and my Service experiences have been deteriorating in that time. Virtually everything I have had a big service I have left with more issues with my car when I had no issues to begin with. My recent trip to this dealership where I had the top tier service 4 left me utterly frustrated and disappointed because I know habe ignition and engine issues. I had my spark plugs replaced as this was recommended and paid a huge bill only to leave with issues that are happening daily. I have returned to the dealership twice and have had to take time off work in one of these cases but the issue is still not resolved! I have absolutely no idea if the service techs are qualified or trained at this dealership for Kia since the service center is owned by an umbrella group that has multiple brands serviced in the one shop. I have contacted the service manager and am waiting on a response. Will update the review once I have seen next steps and if the issue gets resolved. All I can say at the moment is that it's better to keep your car away from this dealership for your services since the techs have no idea how to diagnose and fix issues that they caused. More

They did not hesitate to do an extra mile for us to get our KIA Sorento. From a very friendly sales person like Maggie who did not stop from the moment we met her to get what we wanted, to Joshua Seller whom we think is an expert on what he does making the "almost impossible" to a "possible" option a client like us would like to have, to Karen that welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable in the showroom, and the other people in the showroom whom are trying their best to lend a hand and give the information that they have very generously. We felt very welcome and accommodated. We are now saving money for another KIA car and looking forward to deal with them again very soon. More

Amazing customer service!! I received a call a few days ago by a gentleman named Bryce. I believe he works in the service department. He was kind, knowledgeable and genuine.
